Project Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee policy of Miller Image Tech is as follows:

• Credit accounts with no deposit: 50% of jobs that have been initiated before the cancellation for clients with open credit accounts. These are typically smaller jobs.


• Larger jobs with deposits: The deposit amount (typically 60%) for larger jobs will not be returned. If accumulated expenses exceed the deposit we reserve the right to bill back the excess amount.


• Postponements: For postponed projects, the restart of the project must happen within 6 months of the cancellation date to roll over any funds minus expenses already incurred by us before the project was postponed.
